Spartan Update Jan. 7, 2018

Schedule for the week (please note changes):

Monday:
Minis 5:30-6:45

Tuesday:
Junior Spartans advanced room only: 6-8

Wednesday:
Minis 5:30-6:45
Junior Spartans beginner/intermediate room only: 6-8
Seeding Meeting for AAU Ozark District Tournament Blue Division: 6:30-7:30 p.m. at Lindbergh HS. Seeking parents to attend this meeting on behalf of each age group: Tot, Bantam, Midget, Novice, Schoolboy, Cadet. I will provide information to help you if you are able to attend.

Thursday:
Junior Spartans (both beginner/intermediate and advanced): 6-8

Saturday:
Weigh-ins for ALL wrestlers competing in the Ozark District Championship,BLUE and GOLD: 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Lindbergh High School. Wrestlers must wear a singlet, have trimmed fingernails, be free of skin infections (or have a signed, approved skin form ensuring the infection is under treatment per the rules), and weigh in at or below the weight class they are registered for. (For example, 85 means 85.0 or below, not 85.1.) Wrestlers are not allowed to change weight classes after the start of the seeding meeting on Wednesday. Wrestlers who do not make weight will not be allowed to wrestle. Kids tend to start lining up early for weigh-ins, but if you wait until the second hour, you will likely walk right in and avoid the line.

Sunday:
Optional Weigh-ins for those who did not weigh in Saturday night:
7-8 a.m. for Midget & Novice
11-12 for Tot, Bantam, Schoolboy and Cadet

Ozark District Tournament start times:
9 a.m. for Midget & Novice
1 p.m. for Tot, Bantam, Schoolboy and Cadet
