Details on the rescheduling of the Ozark District Tournaments (please read thoroughly)
Below this is an email we received from the organizers of the Ozark District Tournament. In a nutshell, the Blue tournament has been rescheduled for Sunday, Feb. 3, still at Lindbergh High School. If you did not sign up for this tournament previously but would now like to, please do so next week at practice. The envelope will be back out at the board. If you signed up but can no longer attend, or if you need to change a weight class, please respond to this email and let me know. Otherwise, all registrations for this tournament will be transferred over to the new date.
The Gold tournament will not be rescheduled. The Parkway South Jr. Patriots tournament is the same day as the rescheduled Blue tournament (Feb. 3), however, and the Jr. Patriots have agreed to make their tournament a beginner tournament for those wrestlers not participating in the Ozark Blue tournament.
Please let us know by next Thursday what you'd like to do. We will accept new registrations for this tournament next week, as well.
REFUNDS FOR OZARK WILL NOT BE DISTRIBUTED OR CREDITED UNTIL WE RECEIVE REIMBURSEMENT FROM OZARK FOR THE FEES WE PAID FOR THE CLUB. PLEASE BE PATIENT.

Attached you will find the new flyer for the rescheduled OZARK DISTRICT BLUE tournament at Lindbergh HS on February 3rd. Details of the event are described in the flyer. All wrestling for the Blue division will start promptly at 9:00 a.m.
The rescheduling of the GOLD OZARK DISTRICT was not achievable by our organization due to many reasons so we are informing everyone that Parkway South Jr. Pats is hosting an AAU gold style event that day February 3rd as well and we strongly encourage any interested gold wrestlers to participate in that event. We would like to thank Parkway Jr. Patriots for their cooperation and assistance throughout this process of rescheduling our District event.
Here is a few informational points for the upcoming event.
- Our deadline for registration is a hard stop deadline of January 28th at 10 pm. Time constraints of this event are tight and we will not make adjustments after this point in time.
- The Trackwrestling registration for our event is now reopened and active. If you were registered in the original event then you may go to Trackwrestling and make any roster adjustments that you may have (weights, adds, removals) prior to our deadline. If you were previously registered for this event you will be currently registered in the rescheduled date of February 3rd so please go in and verify that information through Trackwrestling. You may add wrestlers or remove wrestlers from your roster depending on the circumstances in the tournament registration. This is Trackwrestling recommendations and processes for this when it occurs.
- No remote weigh ins for our event.

We will start mailing refund checks from the Ozark Gold Tournament back to clubs and individuals.
